Our Parks

Pleasant Dale Park District Boundaries

A 4.5 square mile area bounded roughly by 67th Street, Brainard Ave., the Canal, 91st Street and County Line Road. The Park District serves about 8,100 residents who reside in portions of Burr Ridge, Countryside, Indian Head Park, Willow Springs, and some unincorporated areas of LaGrange and Hinsdale. Currently the Park District maintains 129 acres of park land.

1. Walker Park

2. Flagg Creek Golf Course

3. White Buffalo Park
Located adjacent to Pleasantdale Elementary School, north of German Church Road on School Street in Willow Springs.

4. Soehrman Park
Located on Willow Springs Road and Hillsdale Road in Countryside.

5. Lake Carriage Way Park
Located in the Carriage Way Subdivision of Burr Ridge at the corner of Carriage Way Drive and Old Mill Lane in Burr Ridge.

6. Chalet

7. Santa Fe Park
Located at the corner of Orchard and Willow Ridge.

Picnic Areas
All of our Parks offer great picnic areas for company or family gatherings or even get togethers with friends. These areas may be reserved, pending the Pleasant Dale Park District’s program and special event schedule. The lighted sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts at Walker Park may also be rented. Walker Park Gazebo
The Gazebo offers patrons a permanent structure to rest and relax in from the hot summer heat. It’s a great place to put food and have a nice meal with family and friends. Electricity is available at this picnic site. Thinking about an outside wedding in a park? The Gazebo is definitely an option. For more information call (630) 662-6220.

Athletic Fields
Looking for baseball, softball or soccer fields? Our athletic fields are in top condition and waiting for your group. For more information contact Max Andrews at (630) 662-6220.

Our parks are your place to play, spend time with your family or participate in an organized activity. Please report any maintenance problems immediately call (630) 662-6220. Additionally, we ask that you report any unusual circumstances or behavior that you witness by immediately call your local police or 911.
